摘要
随着海洋渔业工业化、产品化飞速发展,海洋食品安全问题已经成为制约海洋渔业发展亟待解决的瓶颈。为实现海产品质量安全控制,基于物联网技术和海产品产业链特点,本文提出了一套标准化、智能化、普适性的海产品质量安全溯源系统。系统以"种苗购入(种苗繁殖)—海产品培育—海产品捕捞—海产品加工—海产品销售"为主线,采用传感器等采集海产品信息。最终信息汇集到海产品溯源数据中心。企业可在溯源系统内查看海产品主线溯源数据,消费者可通过扫描产品包装二维码获取产品溯源数据。系统采用B/S模型,运用SSH框架完成系统开发。
With the rapid development of the industrialization and commercialization of marine fisheries, the safety issues of marine food have become bottlenecks which restricting the development of marine fisheries. Based on Internet of Things technology and the characteristics of marine products chain, a standardized, intelligent and universal marine products quality safety traceability system was proposed to realize the quality safety control of marine products. The system included such a main line:seedling purchasing (seedling breeding) - marine products cultivation - marine products fishing - marine product processing -marine products marketing. It used sensors to collect the information and eventually gathered information to the traceability data center. Enterprises can view the main traceability data in the traceability system, while consumers also can obtain product traceability data by scanning the Quick Response Code (QR Code) on product packaging. The system mainly applied Browser/Server (B/S) model and SSH framework.
