区域植物信息资源及其开发利用方式研究——山西省自然科技资源共享平台信息资源的开发利用

Study on Regional Plant Information Resource and Its Exploitation and Utilization——A Case of Shanxi Natural Science and Technology Resource Sharing Platform

本文以山西省自然科技资源共享平台为基础,根据植物资源的经济用途,将山西省域内植物划分为14类;结合山西植物传统分类,形成山西植物资源的二维分类;并以此作为植物资源信息组织的主轴,建立山西省资源植物信息系统,将区域资源植物分级分类统计与分析,资源植物的基本特性、经济特性、空间分布信息查询与分析,以及平台植物资源信息(如植物标本、植物种质资源等)相关信息的关联查询与分析功能集成在一起,提高植物信息资源的利用效率,为区域资源植物的合理开发利用与有效管理、相关研究与管理决策提供了支持。

Based on Shanxi natural science and technology resource sharing platform, the plant resource in Shanxi province was divided into 14 categories according to their economic use. Combining the traditional classification of plant, a two-dimensional classification was formed. Taking it as the spindle of plant resource information organization, Shanxi plant resource information system was established, which integrated the functions of regional plant resource classification statistics and analysis, the basic characteristics, economic characteristics and spatial distribution query and analysis of plant resource, correlated query and analysis of relevant plant resource information including plant specimen and plant germplasm resource, so as to improve the utilization efficiency of plant information resource and provide support for the rational exploitation and utilization and effective management of regional plant resource, and the related research and management decision-making.
