社区是指聚居在一定地域范围内的社会共同体,是一个城市缩影,是构建和谐社会的主要因子,社区管理机制成为中国社会管理体制改革的重要内容,现代社区管理机创新是改变传统的管理模式,坚持以改革创新为动力,以基层为重点,以增加公共产品和公共服务供给、不断满足社区居民基本公共服务需求为目的,精心组织实施社区公共服务体系"十二五"规划,在"十二五"和"十三五"规划的交会点上,不断推进理论创新、制度创新、科技创新、文化创新等各方面创新。近年来,大数据已经成为学术界、产业界和应用行业普遍关注的热点研究领域,在国内外掀起了一个空前的研究热潮。本文探讨了"大数据时代下的社区服务管理机制"。
