本文介绍了微信公众平台的功能特点,结合微信在重庆图书馆实践应用过程中存在的不足,提出通过提升读者关注度、定制专题服务等方式改进和完善图书馆信息服务工作的措施。
This article described the features of wechat public platform, and combined with wechat's deficiencies in the process of practical application in Chongqing Library to improve and perfect the library information service by proposing measures to enhance readers' attentions and customize special subject service.
