摘要
益生菌在人体生命过程中发挥着非常重要的作用。本文从文献计量的角度对益生菌与人类健康领域的相关研究态势进行分析,探讨了我国益生菌学科领域理论研究和实践应用的前沿热点、研究主题及发展态势。
Probiotics have played a very important role in the life process of humans.In the view of bibliometric evaluation,this paper analyzed the researches on probiotics and the related field of human health situation,and discussed the hotspots,research topics and development trend of the theoretical research and practical application about probiotics.
