摘要
本文介绍了6西格玛质量管理基本内容,借鉴广泛应用于现代工业企业管理中的6西格玛质量管理理念和方法,对高校教学质量管理进行了研究。就当前高校教学质量管理中的一些突出问题,提出了应用6西格玛质量管理方法加以改进的对策和建议。
The basal contents of 6σ quality management was introduced.Attempt was tried to manage the teaching quality in universities by using the concepts and methods of 6σ quality management which were widely used in modern industrial enterprise management.Some proposals and measures to improve the method of 6σ quality management targeting at the outstanding problems of teaching management in universities were put forward.
