摘要
云南省地处横断山脉,受南孟加拉高压气流影响,立体气候明显,民族众多,耕地分散,传统农业以粮食作物为主,农民种粮收益低。云南省政府投入了大量经费建设农业网络信息,对全省农业有很大的帮助。随着信息技术的发展,利用大数据可以基于气候、土壤、交通、市场、当地经济状况等综合条件为不同地区寻找最优农业产业,这不但能充分发挥云南省立体气候的优势以做大、做强农业,还能避免低价竞争给农民造成的伤害。目前,利用大数据来支撑云南"三农"工作方面的研究尚处于初始阶段,但随着研究的不断深入,大数据将成为云南农业发展的靠山,不仅能解决种什么、如何种的问题;更能解决如何让农民富、农业强的问题。
Yunnan province is located in the Hengduan Mountains,influenced by the high pressure air flow from South Bengal,and of which the stereoscopic climate is obvious. In Yunnan, there are many ethnic groups and disperse cultivated lands, while the traditional agriculture is mainly on grain crops, and farmers' revenue from grain growing is very low. Yunnan has invested a lot of funds to build agricultural network information contributing to the improvement of agriculture. With the development of information technology, it can find the best agricultural industry on the basis of big date for different regions, such as climate, soil, transportation, market, local economic conditions, and so on, which can not only use the advantages of stereoscopic climate in Yunnan province to make agriculture bigger and stronger, but also avoid the harms of low price competition brought to farmers. At present, it's at the fist beginning of using big date to support Yunnan's agriculture, but with further research, big data will become the development backer of Yunnan's agriculture, to solve the problems of what to plant and how to plant in rural area, as well as how to make farmers rich and agricultural strong.
