摘要
科技期刊参与开放获取出版的数量呈稳步增长的趋势,达到为弄清各种机制的出版形式,更好地为科技期刊参与开放获取出版提供参考,为信息服务机构和科研人员获取科技期刊开放获取资源提供检索途径的目的,文章对现阶段国内科技期刊开放获取出版机制进行了调查分析。
The participation number of scientific and technological journals in the open access publishing has showed a steady growth trend. In order to understand the publication mechanisms, provide better reference to scientific and technological journals' participation in the open access publishing, and give retrieval ways to access the open resource of scientific and technological journals for information service institutions and researchers, this paper investigated and analyzed the domestic open access publishing mechanisms of scientific and technological journals in the present stage.
