摘要
以重庆图书馆品质建设为例讲述图书馆如何通过品质建设来塑造自己的品牌形象。从"资源建设重质量重品质、馆址馆舍重形象重舒适、人员配置重优化重提升"三个方面展开论述,着重关注人员配置问题上注重一线服务高品质、二线建设塑品牌,实现品质管理高质量。通过品质建设塑造品牌形象,使图书馆在竞争中求生存,在进步中求发展。
Using the quality construction of Chongqing Library as an example to describe how the library create its own brand image, this paper expounded the following three aspects, resource construction focusing on the quality, site buildings focusing on image and comfort, personnel allocation focusing on optimization and promotion. In the personnel allocation, it emphasized on high quality service and brand building and management. By quality construction and brand building, library could survive in the competition and develop in the progress.
