Research on the Status of Open Access Movement in China

开放获取运动经过十余年的发展已经被科学工作者、图书管理人员以及大众所接受。科研机构为了推动运动的发展,做出了各种努力。我国图书馆作为开放获取运动中不可缺少的一环,也在实践中不断前进。尽管我国各高校图书馆陆续开展了一些开放获取服务项目,但是对于开放获取的参与程度仍然不及国外。开放获取顺应时代潮流变化,是未来学术出版的新模型,将极大地促进科研交流,并为高校图书馆带来巨大变革。

After ten years' development, open access movement has increasingly been accepted by scientific workers,librarians and the public. In order to promote the development of this movement, scientific research institutions have made various efforts. China, as an indispensable part in the open access movement, has also kept moving forward in practice. Despite China's university libraries have carried out some open access service,but were still not as good as abroadin the participation degree. Open access complies with the trend of the times, which is a new model for future academic publishing, and will greatly promote the communication of scientific researchand lead to huge changes for university library.
