乡镇机构改革中农技服务工作探讨

Discussion on the Agricultural Extension Service after the Institutional Reform of Towns

2015年商洛市实行了乡镇机构改革,本文通过现场调查、座谈等方式对现阶段乡镇农技服务机构的允许状况及存在的问题进行了调研。调研发现,当前乡镇农技机构普遍存在管理体制不畅、服务职能弱化、人员素质不高、服务手段落后等突出问题,需要加快完善乡镇农技推广机构运行机制、抓好乡镇农技推广队伍建设、规范乡镇农技服务行为、创新乡镇推广服务方式,以切实发挥基层农技推广机构在我国现代农业发展中的应有作用。

Shangluo has conducted the institutional reform of towns in 2015. Through the field investigation and discussion, this paper surveyed the status and existing problems of current agricultural extension service agency in the towns. It found, there were common problems on the dull management system, weak service function, low staff quality and backward service means, which should accelerate the improvement of operating mechanism for agricultural extension service agency, and strengthen the staff team construction, regularize the service behavior and innovate the service means, so as to play well the role of agricultural extension service agency in China, s modern agricultural development.
