供给侧背景下职业教育数字化资源建设及保障措施研究

Research on the Digital Resource Construction and Supporting Measures for Vocational Education Based on the Supply-side Reform

随着职业教育数字化资源库建设浪潮的兴起,数字化资源建设在职业教育改革和人才培养方面做出了突出的贡献,同时也出现了"大众化""形式化"建设的一些问题。尤其是近年来随着供给侧改革的不断深入,我国职业教育人才培养的供需矛盾日益突出,人才供给结构呈现出不平衡的趋势,社会需要的中高端技能人才紧缺而低端人才过剩。在此背景下,作为职业教育教学辅助性的数字化资源的建设,在其建设思路,资源内容,以及服务保障机制等方面做出必要的调整显得尤为重要。

With the rising of digital resource construction for vocational education, it has made great contribution for vocational education reform and talent training, and also brought some issues like popularization and formalization. As the supply-side reform is constantly deepening, the imbalance between supply and demand in the talent training of vocational education has become increasingly outstanding with the shortage of mid-senior talents and the excess of low-end talents. Digital resource construction, as the teaching assistance of vocational education, should make some necessary adjustments in construction idea, resource content and service supporting mechanism.
