本文介绍了工程管理专业的历史沿革和现阶段办学情况,指出了现阶段工程管理专业本科人才培养中出现的问题,提出了加强和改进工程管理专业本科人才培养五个方面的建议,即培养目标定位、师资队伍、实验教学条件、实践性环节、学生专业兴趣五个方面。

The thesis introduces the origin of Engineering Management Major and its current educational situation in China, points out the problems that occurs in the undergraduate education of Engineering Management Major, finally puts forward suggestions on improving the undergraduate education of Engineering Management Major from the five items mentioned below: cultivation objective orientation, teachers’ team, experimental teaching conditions, practical teaching, professional curiosity of students.
