摘要
本文从我国小城镇的特点,通过对小城镇人才现状问题的分析,提出了建立合理小城镇人才机制的建议,包括正确的人才识别机制、普遍的人才选拔机制、创新的人才培养机制、科学的人才激励机制和完善的人才保障机制等。
Based on the characteristic of the small town and the analysis to the talent problems during the development of the small town, this thesis puts forward to establish reasonable talent mechanism .It includes right talent recognition mechanism , universal talent select mechanism, innovative talent raise mechanism, scientific talent encouragement mechanism, talent safeguard mechanism and so on.
