Analysis on the Causes Influencing the Learning Initiative of Higher Vocational Students and the Countermeasures

随着高校连年扩招,高职专科学生已达招生总数的40%以上,约占高等教育的半壁江山。近年来、常听到一些高职院校的老师反映部分在校学生学习积极性不高,给学校教学管理工作带来了许多难题。本文深入分析影响高职学生学习积极性的原因,提出了有效提高学生学习积极性的对策。

With the enlarged enrolment in recent years, the proportion of higher vocational students has taken up more than 40%. However, the issue of students’ low learning initiative and enthusiasm become more and more serious, which has brought out some negative effects on teaching management. This article makes a detailed analysis on the causes which influences the learning initiative and attempts to put forward some effective countermeasures.
