摘要
现行的教育部教学水平评估方案存在实施成本高、信息不对称导致造假行为较多、对高校办学的中间过程介入较多等问题。本文的主要工作是:提出以财务和就业为核心的新评估方案;提出建立全国高校毕业生就业情况抽样调查制度和各高校毕业生就业方案的设想。
The ongoing Evaluation of University Baccalaureate Programs of MOE intervenes too much in the progress of college daily cause,and cannot inhibit deception effectively.This study gives two suggestions to improve the program,(1) suggest a new evaluation program focusing on finance and employment. (2) suggest establishing sampling investigation system to get objective and comprehensive data of national colleges.
