在就业压力日渐加大的今天,女性由于社会传统观念的影响和独特的生理构造,就业问题更显突出,笔者认为创业培训与女性职业培训的接轨是解决女性就业问题的一个有效途径。本文论述了创业培训接轨女性职业培训的意义、途径及应该注意的问题。

The employment pressure is great now. The employment pressure of the female is greater because of the influence of the traditional ideas and the feminine physiology. The author thinks that the combination of SYB training and vocational training among the female is a effective method to rule the problem of employment of female. This article mainly discussed the effect and the ways and the problems we must notice of the combination of SYB training and vocational training among the female.
