摘要 本文对了解用施工图纸编制工程量清单计价文件和让学生掌握编制一份完整工程量清单计价文件的方法、步骤、填写相应表格等工作过程作了论述。全文贯穿了在编制工程造价文件、训练学生掌握编制工程量清单时,必须全面理解《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》及定额相关条款和将设计意图、工程质量要求、施工方案等融入到工程造价中的整体思想。为提高工程量清单计价模式下预算课程设计的实训效果,探索了一条途径。 This article deals with the work process of making the bill of quantities valuation document by way of detailed drawing,the purpose is to have students master the methods,procedures of making a complete bill of quantities valuation document and fill out the corresponding forms.This article also suggests that we should understand fully 《Code and Valuation with Bill Quantity of Construction Works》,quantum related provision,and put them such as the aim of the design,the requirement of construction quality and construction scheme as well into the whole ideas of construction cost when we make the document of construction cost and train students to master the way to make the bill of quantities,by doing so can we find a way to improve the students’ practice effect of budget curriculum design under the pattern of valuation with bill quantity.
