构建和谐学生管理体系 加强大学生思想政治教育

The students’ management system’s exploration under the Opening way of running schools

近年来高校学生管理工作出现了许多新特点、新情况和新问题,传统学生管理体系已经不能适应当前学生教育管理的需要,并日渐成为制约学校教育教学改革的重要"瓶颈"。改革传统封闭式学生教育管理体系,探索建立与和谐校园相适应的开放式学生教育管理体系,是高校学生管理适应社会发展对人力资源配置要求的必然选择,也是提高教育质量,拓展大学生素质的内在要求。本文着力探讨了开放办学条件下大学管理的体系建设问题。
