我国大学科技园发展面临的重要问题探讨

A Discussion on the Important Issues of University Science Park Development in China

我国大学科技园建设总体上说已取得阶段性的成果,在转化科技成果、孵育高科技企业、培育创新创业人才和促进区域经济发展等方面发挥着重要的作用。但在当前的发展中,仍然存在一些亟待解决的问题。大学科技园的定位、风险投资体系的建立、恰当处理好与高校、企业、社会、政府的关系,实施园区管理体制的改革和创新、文化氛围建设等问题的解决,对实现大学科技园的定位功能和发展目标来说具有重要的意义。

In China, university science parks are developing fast and playing an important role in the commercialization of research findings, the incubation of high-tech enterprises, the cultivation of innovation talents and the development of local economy. In the new deep development course, university science parks face some important issues, such as adjusting the development orientation, building the mechanism for venture capital investments, handling the relationship between university, enterprise, society and government, innovating the management system, constructing the special culture and so on.
