工学结合、顶岗实习是一项有中国特色的职业教育制度设计,是下一阶段职业教育改革发展的一个重要任务和关键环节。加强顶岗实习学生管理工作,是提高职业学校人才培养质量的关键。本文认为中等职业学校要进一步加强和规范顶岗实习学生管理工作,切实保护实习学生的合法权益,积极稳妥健康地开展顶岗实习学生管理工作,确保人才培养质量。

s: The combination of working and learning,practice-on-duty is a design of vocational education system with Chinese characteristics, is an important task and the key link of vocational education reform and development in next stage. Enhancing the management of practice-on-duty student, is the key for improving the vocational school personnel training quality. The secondary vocational schools should creatively carry out the "Secondary vocational school Students Practice Policing Method" distributed by the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Finance, Further strengthen and regulate the management of the practice-on-duty students, protect the practice student’s legitimate rights and interests practically, safely, healthily and positively develop the management of the practice-on-duty students, guarantees the personnel training quality.
