Establishing the idea of project management for university classroom teaching

课堂教学是高校教育的主要途径。本文在分析高校教学项目特征的基础上,引入以目标为导向、价值为标准、改进为原则的国际项目管理理念,以便通过对教学计划和控制的全过程进行项目管理,提高高校教学管理的科学性,改进课堂教学的成效和质量。

The classroom teaching is the main way of the university education.In the basis of analyzing university teaching project characteristics,this article introduces international project management idea of taking the goal as the guidance,the value for the standard,the improvement for the principle,in order to improve the scientific nature of the university teaching management and perfect the result and the quality of classroom teaching through carriing on the project management of the entire process of teaching plan and control.
