摘要
本文就非法律专业大学生法律意识的培养问题,提出了采取点面结合、拓宽途径、以案说法、注重实效等措施,并逐步把大学生的法制教育推向系统化、制度化、规范化、经常化。大学生在学好专业科学知识的同时,真正掌握适应时代要求和社会发展的法律知识,以增强大学生的法律意识,造就德智体美等综合素质全面发展的依法办事的"四有"人才。
It is discussed in this article that the meaning of cultivating undergraduates` legal awareness whose major is not the law. In order to strengthen and enhance the undergraduates` law awareness,the article suggests to take measures of combining bits with entirety,widening channels,explaining theories with cases,attaching emphasis to practical effects to progressively promote legal education in universities and push forward it into systematization,regularization,standardization and becoming a regular practice,not only make undergraduates learn the specialized scientific knowledge,but also really grasp legal knowledge which adapts to the times requirement and social development while to strengthen the undergraduates` legal awareness and finally to train qualified personnel who are well developed morally,intellectually,physically and healthily,and have high comprehensive qualities and the ability of handling things in conformity with legal provisions.
