工程管理专业学生综合能力培养的探讨

Discussion in project management professional students’ Integrated capacity-building

本文结合本校学生工作特点与实践,通过对学生情况的调研与分析,认为培养适应21世纪工程建设需要的高层次管理人才,必须使学生具有提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力。本文还从学生工作的角度提出了毕业学生在工作能力方面存在的问题及相应的对策和建议。

Based in the student work experience and education,combined with the characteristics of our students work,through the research and analysis of the students and to the training needs of the 21st century construction of a high-level management personnel,this paper enable students to question,analyse problems,problem-solving abilities.besides,From the student perspective on the work of the graduating students work in the capacity of the existing problems,this paper propose the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
