公共和家用卫生间消耗的水资源占了生活用水的大部分。因我国是一个水资源匮乏的国家,所以卫生间节水具有重要意义。本文列举了影响水资源有效利用的诸多环节,并基于长时间的观察和工作实践,从建设,管理到使用等几个角度提出了改进意见和解决方案。

Water consumed in toilets accounts for the majority of the total consumption both in public and at home.As water resource is limited and precious especially in China , it is significant to take water-saving measures in toilets.The key factors in water saving are presented at the first part of the paper.Based on the facts and implementation experience of the author, effective solutions are provided subsequently.
