The Growth and Quality Improvement Of Teachers in Vocational Colleges

高职院校教师是高等职业院校办学的主体,青年教师是高职院校师资队伍中一支最活跃的重要力量,其成长与素质提升,关系到高等职业教育人才培养工作水平乃至教育成败。本文立足高职院校现状,分析当前高职院校青年教师存在的一些不足与成长所面临的问题,并提出了相应的对策。

Teachers in vocational colleges are the main subject in vocational education. With the development of vocational education,many young people who devote themselves to this field have already become the most active force. Their growth and quality improvement are the key points of cultivating talents in this field,or even,the success of education. This article bases on current situations and practice of vocational colleges,analyzes several shortages and problems which may emerge in the course of developing,and finally brings forward related solutions.
