摘要
教育在人格养成中具有举足轻重的作用,从教育方式看,现实中大学生人格的养成主要是通过显性教育,直接的、外显的方式进行,它在大学生人格养成中发挥重大作用的同时也存在着一定的缺陷。采取隐性教育方式,不仅能有效内化人格内容,调节人格结构,产生潜移默化的效应,同时又能有效化解人格养成中所存在的问题。
Education has an important position in the nurturance of personality.In the reality,the nurturance of university students’personality is mainly carried through the dominant education,that is a direct and explicit manner,it plays a major role in the nurturance of university students’personality,but there is also some deficiencies.Take hidden educational methods,not only can effectively internalize the contents of personality,regulate personality structure,create a subtle effect,while effectively resolve the problems of the nurturance of personality in the reality.
