校企合作、工学结合是职业教育培养高素质技能型人才的必由之路。本文论述了湖南城建职院通过构建校企共建办学平台、创新工学结合的人才培养模式、校企共建社会服务体系,在教育教学改革上进行了颇有成效的探索。
