目前,随着全社会对建筑优质工程的重视,施工企业都在探索工程创优的方法,本文重点论述了开展QC小组活动是工程创优的最科学有效的解决方法。
At present,as society attaches importance to building high quality projects,construction enterprises are exploring the method of creating engineering excellence. This paper discusses carrying out QC group works is the most scientific and effective solutions of creating engineering excellence.
