摘要
随着我国改革开放进一步深入和外资企业的大量涌入,国有企业人才流失现象愈演愈烈,已经从侧面反映出国有企业在人力资源管理方面存在着严重的问题。本文通过对我国国有企业人力资源现状的研究,提出了我国国有企业人力资源管理的不足,分析其产生的原因,指出了改善我国国有企业人力资源管理的一系列对策和建议。
As further reform and development in China and the influx of foreign-funded enterprises,brain drain in state-owned enterprises are growing,has reflected from one side that there are serious problems in human resources management in state-owned enterprises.This paper researches on current status of human resources of china’s state-owned enterprises,puts forward a lack of human resources Management of china’s state-owned enterprises and analyses the causes,provides a series of measures and suggestions to improve the human resource management of china’s state-owned enterprises.
