摘要
本文通过对长沙水业人力资源现状的分析,就传统水务企业人力资源改革发展方向及战略定位进行了思考和阐述,并提出了解决难点问题的具体实施建议。
This paper analyses the present situation of human resources of the water industry in Changsha,introduces some thinking about the human resource reform and development and strategic orientation of traditional water enterprises,solves specific difficulties in implementing the recommendations.
