建设类高职院校的继续教育与社会经济发展和建设事业对专业人才的需求存在较大的差距,建设类高职院校应加快继续教育的专业化、制度化和规范化建设,为创建有影响力的教育培训品牌奠定坚实的基础。本文以全国建设行业技能型紧缺人才培养培训基地-湖南城建职业技术学院为例,对建设类高职院校继续教育"三化"建设的涵义、现状与问题、策略等进行了研讨。
