摘要
近年来随着高校大规模扩招,毕业生人数也逐年增加。而由于受金融危机影响,社会用人需求大大降低,大学生就业难成为社会关注的焦点。大学生创业作为解决就业问题的一大途径,日益受到人们的重视。本文试图通过对大学生创业的内外部环境进行SWOT分析,发现问题并探讨相应的解决对策。
In recentyears,with the expansion ofcollege enrollment,the number of graduates is increasing correspondingly. Especially affected by this round financial crisis,the job opportunities are shrinking. Therefore how to solve the graduates’employment problem is attracting the public attention. This paper proposes it might be a good way for the graduates to start their own business.By the method of SWOT the author is trying to figure out the problems which the graduates might encounter in starting their own business and finally the author presents the solutions for that.
