校风是学校的风气,它包括学校领导作风、教师的教风和学生的学风等,是一种无形的力量,是衡量一所学校教育教学质量的重要标志。领导作风、教风、学风重在建设,不仅要贯穿于整个教育教学过程中,而且要制度健全,明确分工,齐抓共管,并不断加强检查和督促。

The School Spirit is schoolstyle. which includes leadership style at school,teacher’s teaching style and student’s studing style,and an invisible force and an important indicator of teaching quality to the measure ofschooleducation. Good leadership style,teaching style,studing style are focusing on building,not only through the whole teaching process,but also it should establish a sound system and institution which includes a clear division of work,and making concerted efforts,and continuing to strengthen inspection and supervision.
