The undergraduate graduating design is not only the application of undergraduate study, but also the beginning of both the graduate study and career development. Through the employment analysis of graduates majored in Engineering Management and the requirement of related knowledge,the demands and methods during the whole process management of graduating design such as from subject selection, process monitoring to thesis defense have been confirmed.
