摘要
本文以长沙市轨道交通运营人才需求为背景,分析预测了地铁2号线一期工程一线运营作业人员各工种的需求构成情况,并结合国内车站管理人员的培养途径和培养方式,对地铁2号线车站运营管理人员的培养模式进行了初步探讨。
Taking operation talent needs of Changsha Rail Transit for background,this paper analyzes and forecasts the demand composition of the various types of front line operation staff for the first phase project of Metro Line 2,and combining with the domestic cultivation pattern and method for station management staff,it also proposes preliminary discussion on training model of station operation and management staff on Metro Line 2.
