经过多年的讨论,对学生资助体系在保护学生的受教育权利,防止学生因经济窘迫而停止学业等方面的积极意义已经达到共识。在追溯了新中国成立后学生资助体系的发展路径的基础上,基于"木桶效应"深入分析了学生资助体系形成过程中存在的问题以及原因,最后提出了改善学生资助体系问题的路径。
