试论强化高职院校就业服务与职业指导建设

Strengthening the construction of employment services and vocational guidance in higher vocational colleges

本文在分析当前高职院校强化就业服务与职业指导紧迫性的基础上,分析了建设的五大原则,并从服务体制机制、设备设施、就业服务体系、师资队伍等八个方面提出建设策略。

On the basis of the urgency of strengthening employment services and vocational guidance in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyses five major construction principles,and puts forward the construction strategy from eight aspects of service institutional mechanisms,equipment and facilities,the employment service system,teaching staff and others.
