目前,高校教师激励机制的构建对高校的发展起着关键性的作用。本文试图分析高校教师激励机制存在的种种问题并提出相应对策。

At present,the construction of university teachers incentive mechanism plays a key role of the development of colleges and universities.This paper attempts to analyze problems of the encouragement system of faculties and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
