素质教育作用于大学英语教学改革探讨

Impact of the quality-oriented education on college English teaching reform is discussed

素质教育是我国教育改革中久而不衰的主题。课堂教学是对学生进行素质教育的主渠道。为了适应社会发展的需求,培养具备综合能力和高素质的大学生,本文结合素质教育与外语教学的关系,对素质教育作用于大学英语教学改革进行初步探讨,进而论证有中国特色的英语教学必然是以素质教育为宗旨的教育。

Quality education has been a long-existing subject in our country’s educational reform,and classroom teaching is an important place to teach the students the quality education in order to well adapt to the demand in the social development and train more students qualified for complex ability and high quality.This article has initiatively begun to discuss the above title combined the quality education with the foreign languages teaching so as to argue the English teaching with the Chinese characteristics surely being the education purposed in quality education.
