摘要
本文以广州市交通运输职业学校城市轨道交通车辆专业为例,对专业进行分析定位,正视学校师资队伍存在的问题,建立激励保障机制,加大新教师、骨干教师、专业带头人的培养,引进企业专兼职教师,优化"双师"结构师资队伍,组织教师赴企业挂职,参加各类职业教育新理念培训班的学习,提高教师实践和教改能力。
By taking the city track traffic vehicles specialty of Guangzhou Communication and Transportation Vocational School as cases,this article positions and analyses the specialty,faces up existing problems of school faculties,establishes incentive and security mechanism,enhances training of new teachers,backbone teachers and professional leaders,introduces part-time teachers from enterprises,optimizes " double qualified " structure faculties,organizes teachers to enterprise to participate in training courses to learn various new vocational education ideas,improves teachers practice and educational reform ability.
