摘要
当前一些高校的本科专业实施"2+2"培养模式取得了一定的成效,但存在的问题也慢慢彰显出来。本文在"2+2"人才培养模式基础上加以改进,提出实施"1+2+1"或"1.5+1.5+1"人才培养模式,并以土地资源管理专业为例进行了方案改进的探讨。
Undergraduate programs in some colleges or universities have been taking "2+2" training mode and has received certain effects. However,the mode has gradually exposed its intrinsic problems as well."1+2+1" or "1.5+1.5+1" mode were proposed for improving "2+2" training mode,and specific schemes were elaborated as land resources management specialty in Shenyang Normal University for an example.
