本文运用心理学的有关理论,分析了公务员心理压力的主要表现及原因,提出了音乐心理调适课程是解决公务员心理健康问题有效途径的观点,从曲目选择、建立心理健康状况调查分析数据库、开展培训需求调查、做好培训基础性工作等方面,提出了公务员培训中的音乐心理调适课程设计方案。

Applying the theory of psychology,this paper analyzes the civil servant’s performance and the major causes of psychological stress,puts forward the music psychological adjustment course is an effective means to solve the civil servants’ mental health problems,from the music selection,establishing database of psychological health condition investigation and analysis,carrying out the training needs survey,training basic work,etc.,puts forward the music psychological adjustment of civil servants training course design.
