摘要
在新课程改革宏观背景下,高校数学师范生教学技能的培养面临着更高的要求。"翻转课堂"教学模式的出现与应用,为师范生教学技能培养模式创新提供了思想内核。文章借鉴"翻转课堂"教学模式,尝试建立课上与课下相结合、梯度渐进、三维互动、动态改进的数学师范生教学技能训练体系,利用多种形式延伸和强化数学师范生专业课程,达到加强学生教学技能训练的目的。实践结果表明,基于"翻转课堂"的培养模式能够有效提升师范生的教学技能。
Under the macro background of the new curriculum reform, the cultivation of teaching skills of math majored normal university student is facing higher requirements. The emergence and application of 'flipped classroom' teaching mode provides the ideological core for the innovation of teaching skill cultivation mode of normal university student. Based on the teaching mode of 'flipped classroom', this paper attempts to establish a teaching skill training system for normal university student that combines in-class and off-class teaching, gradient progression, three-dimensional interaction and dynamic improvement, so as to extend and strengthen the professional courses of normal university student and further strengthen the training of teaching skills through various ways. The practice results show that the training mode based on 'flipped classroom' can effectively improve the teaching skills of normal university student.
