摘要
为了创新"2+1"模式下高职大数据专业产出驱动式人才培养体系,首先构建"智慧众筹式"的人才培养管理机制、完善"联动配合式"的人才培养运行机制、建立"价值驱动式"的人才培养动力机制;其次构建"四螺旋"人才培养模式、"大学孵化企业"的人才培养机制;最后完善"创新拓展式"的职业技能培训机制、建立"境遇式"技能竞赛机制、打造智慧化高职大数据专业分类服务模式。
To innovate production-driven talent training system of big data specialty in higher vocational colleges under mode of'2+1',firstly,talent training management mechanisms of'wisdom crowdfunding'were constructed,talent training operation mechanisms of'linkage and cooperation'were improved,value-driven talent training dynamic mechanisms were established;Secondly,'four spiral'talent training mode and talent training mechanism of'university incubating enterprise'were constructed;Finally,vocational skill training mechanisms of'innovation and expansion'were improved,situational skill contest mechanisms were established,intelligent classified service modes of big data specialty in higher vocational colleges were forged.
