浅谈高职教育多元化跨学科师资培训方案之构建 被引量:2

摘要 教师是教育工作的主体,合格的师资是保证教育质量的必要条件。高职教育是以培养具有较强实践能力的高等应用型技术人才为目标的一种高等教育形式,职业特色明显,因此,传统单一学科型师资结构已很难适应高职教育人才培养需求。随着社会对新技术人才素质要求的不断提高,他们所从事的专业相关知识的综合性也越来越强,构建多元化的跨学科师资培训体制是促进高职教师跨学科教学思想养成的必经之路。 As the main body of education, qualified teaching faculty is necessary to ensure the education quality. Higher vocational education is a kind of higher education form with distinctive occupational characteristics which takes cultivating technical talents with practical ability as the goal.Therefore, the traditional single-subjected teaching faculty structure has been difficult to adapt to the demand of talents training in higher vocational education. With the continuously improving demand of the quality of new technical talents from the society, the comprehensiveness of their professional knowledge is getting stronger, thus constructing interdisciplinary teacher training system is the only way to form higher vocational teachers' interdisciplinary ideology.
