诺丁斯关心理论视角下的特色学校建设

摘要 诺丁斯关心理论的关心是一种关心及用关心来变革学校教育、构建新型师生关系等的主张,与特色学校的基本理念存在众多耦合。使每个不同的个体得到关心是建设特色学校的守望和皈依。本文以诺丁斯关心理论的视角,尝试从办学理念、课程体系、教学模式、教育评价、教师培养等方面探索特色学校建设的有效路径。 In Noddings' Care Education Theory, the 'care' refers to a relationship, as well as using care to reform school education and to build a new teacher-student relationship. This theory couples with the basic concept of characteristic schools. Individual attention is the goal of characteristic school construction. Under the perspective of Noddings' Care Education Theory, this paper attempts to seek the effective ways to explore the characteristic school construction from the aspects of school-running concept, curriculum system, teaching mode, teaching evaluation and teacher training.
