摘要
当前,混龄教育作为一种非主流的教育组织形式正逐步进入专业研究者的视野。相较于某些因师资、校舍等教育资源受限而"被迫"开展的混龄教育,目前"主动"而为的混龄教育更倾向于关注班级群体中的个体差异,合理利用差异资源引发幼儿的主动学习。同时,混龄编班有利于营造接近于社会真实人群样态的环境,使幼儿获得多种社会角色体验,发展亲社会行为。
At present, mixed-age education, as non-mainstream education, is gradually being focused on by professional researchers. Compared with the compelled mixed-age education for lack of teachers and classrooms, the present initiative mixed-age education attaches more importance to the individual differences among children and makes more proper use of different resources to guide children to study actively. Meanwhile, mixed-age placements are conducive to creating the environment close to real society so that children can experience various social roles and develop their pro-social behaviors.
