摘要
实时电价是智能电网定价机制的重要组成部分,也是影响电网系统稳定性和有效性的重要因素。因此,准确估计实时电价对于提高用户福利同时为供电商提供决策依据具有重要意义。然而电网中不同类型的家庭用户的需求响应差异大,用单个效用函数模型刻画所有家庭用户的用电行为会出现较大偏差。针对上述问题,提出基于权重组合思想的综合效用函数模型并以不同类型的家庭用户为研究对象建立实时电价系统模型,同时基于拉格朗日对偶算法编写实时电价算法仿真家庭用户的最优用电量、实时电价和福利,并与上海市现行的峰谷分时电价制度进行比较。仿真结果表明提出的综合效用函数模型及其实现算法能有效地对不同种类家庭用户的实时电价准确估计,同时具有平稳负荷、提高用户福利的优点。
Real-time pricing is an important factor which affects the stability and effectiveness of the power grid system. Therefore, the accurate evaluation simulation of real-time pricing can improve users’ welfare and provide decision-making basis for power suppliers. However, a single utility function model may characterize a large deviation in the different demand response. Regarding the issue above, a comprehensive utility function model was developed on the basis of weight combination, and a real-time pricing algorithm based on a Lagrangian dual algorithm was used to solve different types of households’ problem. The simulation results obtained different types of households with electricity, real time price and welfare. Compared with time of use(TOU), the simulation results verify the comprehensive demand response model and the proposed real-time pricing model can effectively estimate the real-time pricing and has the characteristics of smoothing the load and improving households’ welfare.
