摘要 叶片式离心泵是保证现代工业设备持续、安全运行的关键组成部分,通过仿真技术研究系统常见失效的产生及演化进程,可以从理论上揭示其运行过程中特征输出量的变化规律,对发展和完善系统故障诊断技术,提高设备运行的可靠性具有重要意义。围绕三相异步电机驱动离心泵系统的实现功能、运行过程及结构交联性,建立系统在电压供应不平衡和叶片磨损量过大情况下的失效传播及运行状态仿真模型,对其关键性能指标出口压力进行了仿真分析,验证了该模型的准确性和可行性,以期为其后续的故障诊断、性能评估以至健康管理提供模型及数据支持。 The centrifugal vane pump is the conventional equipment to ensure the safe operation of modern industrial equipment. It is important that study the progressive failure by modeling and simulation, which can represent the inherent evolution of system feature status, develop fault diagnosis technology and improve equipment reliability. By taking the centrifugal vane pump driven by three-phase AC motor as an example, and by the analysis of its achievement function, operation cycle and the corresponding underlying structure, the system failure propagation and operation state modeling under voltage supply unbalance and vane overwear were implemented respectively. Then the accuracy and feasibility of modeling were verified and the outlet pressure was simulated, which is the key indicator of the system performance analysis. The work can help to provide modeling and data support for the subsequent research such as fault diagnosis, performance evaluation, and further health management.
